Lesson 9


Make sure to complete your four everyday exercises along with today's class where we will practice Kundalini Yoga. This particular yoga not only stretches our spines and joints it also massages the internal organs and ask you to close your eyes throughout to stay in tune with what you are doing. I'm going to link videos here and after you complete one of them, please lie still for a bit and tune into your mind and body to see if you notice a new stillness. That's it for today.
