Make sure to complete your four everyday exercises along with today's class where I'm gonna let Amy Cuddy take this one. Just give her a listen. Amy also has a book if you are interested in knowing more about this. You can find her book here.

Make sure to do your chosen power pose for 2 minutes today. Maybe even turn your internal expansion exercise into a power pose going forward. 

In some of her videos Amy points out the New Zealand All Blacks Haka to show you just how powerful power posing can be. I challenge you to watch the following videos and try not to feel the intimidation factor in what you see.
